A new entrant into the Brooklyn roasting scene, Nonesuch Coffee began roasting coffee at home during the Coronavirus pandemic and launched commercially in 2023. In celebration, their washed Kenyan Birthday Cake brews a wonderfully homey cup with notes of smooth citrus acidity and a medium chocolate body.
